Do not dwell in the past, do not dream of the future, concentrate the mind on the present moment.

Lifetime

How many of you have told almost once:

I wish my day have 36 hours at least, cause I can’t fill all my stuff in this 24 short turns.

Well I’m really addicted to this kind of sentences, I always feel like if life is running away faster than I can actually live it but let’s take another point of view on that.

What if filling up our days with tons of stuff is the only way we have not to concentrate on what we really want to do? I mean, keeping busy is always a good feeling to me, it makes me feel useful and alive, but what if it is only a trick my mind make because it’s to afraid of thinking about real plans for my life?

Let’s start focus less on the clock and more on the importance of the moments we live, from there on, who cares if they take 3 minutes or 3 years? ;)

Moments of unimportant happiness

Have you already had those moments that keep your smile up, even if you don’t have a real reason to that? I mean, not a common understandable reason.

That happens to me everyday:

The 15 minutes spent in underground listening to music and wondering what people around me are going to do that day, imaging long and freaking stories about their next future.

Coming back from work at 2pm along with guys and girls that have just finished their classes at college, and remember their problems cause a couple of years ago I have them too.
